- Led a large-scale US healthcare Active Directory consolidation of 22,000 devices, unifying identity, Group Policy, and endpoint estates with zero business disruption.
- Led SOC foundation and Microsoft 365 tenant security modernization programs, including Microsoft Sentinel deployment, Defender XDR onboarding, incident-response playbooks, and Zero Trust workshops.
- Designed and delivered identity-platform migrations including Okta to Microsoft Entra ID, re-platforming single sign-on, Conditional Access, and user lifecycle workflows.
- Architected Microsoft Intune device-management fleets (Windows Autopilot, compliance, and configuration baselines) scaled from small-business to large-enterprise customers.
- Delivered end-to-end infrastructure migration services across Azure landing zones, VMware-to-Azure (200 servers), Active Directory, Exchange, and file/storage workloads.
- Designed and implemented enterprise Azure landing zones with Virtual WAN across two cross-region hubs, Azure Firewall, and site-to-site VPN, applying security and governance best practices.
- Managed tenant-to-tenant migration of 50,000 mailboxes using Quest On Demand Migration with zero business disruption for a US healthcare enterprise.
- Executed zero-downtime Active Directory upgrade (2012 R2 to 2022) and 500 GB file-server migration to Azure NetApp, including FRS-to-DFSR and FSMO role transitions.
- Migrated SCCM infrastructure to Azure IaaS and implemented co-management CMG gateway for internet-facing device connectivity.
- Automated eDiscovery export of 33 TB of PST data via PowerShell, with SharePoint Online reporting and Power BI burndown dashboards.
- Led transition from Skype for Business Server to Microsoft Teams with Direct Routing and SBC integration.
